68 scholarships worth $ 500 each will be distributed in the 17 administrative regions following a draw.

1. COMPULSORY RULES
Subject to applicable law, this regulation governs all aspects of the
“Coeur-Coeur Bourses” competition .

2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
DATE AND TIME LIMITS OF PARTICIPATION
The registration period runs from Monday, December 2, 2013 from 12:00 am to Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time). Applications will be published starting February 10, 2014. The opportunity to encourage participants will continue until Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time).

3. ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must:
Be between the ages of 12 and 17 at the beginning of the current school year;
Be admitted to a secondary school, in general or special education, recognized by the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports (this excludes courses in general adult education);
To be a resident of Québec;
Have demonstrated perseverance and sustained effort throughout the school year;
To be able to continue his studies the year following the receipt of the scholarship;
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To register

The person submitting the application MUST be a recognized employee of the applicant’s school (teacher, director, guidance counselor, etc.) or a youth services worker (Youth Forum, Carrefour jeunesse Employment, Youth Center, etc.). The family members of the candidate are excluded;
The nomination period is from February 10 to April 13, 2014; pre-registrations begin on Monday, December 2, 2013;
For each administrative region, 4 scholarships will be drawn at random;
To be eligible for the contest, you must complete the online registration form .
The student must be made aware of his nomination;
The winners will have to sign the letter of commitment and be recommended by the school’s general management;
The announcement of the winners and the awarding of the scholarships will take place in May 2014;
A photo of the winner must be taken at the time of the presentation of the check and it will have to accept its publication for purposes of advertising, promotion and communication related to the Accroche-Coeur scholarship.
All applications must have the approval of a jury appointed by the Quebec Youth Foundation and by Academos Cybermentorat to judge their eligibility according to the parameters set out in this Regulation. Participants will be notified in case of refusal.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
Exclusion of liability and disclaimer of image rights

6. OFFERED PRICES

7. DRAW
Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at 2:00 pm (Eastern Time) at Academos Cybermentorat located at 338 St-Antoine Street East, Montreal (QC) – H2Y 1A3.

8. PRIZE CLAIM
To be declared a winner and claim the prize, the eligible winner must:

have correctly completed all sections of the electronic registration, as mentioned in point 4 of this Regulation;
have responded to the email sent by a person in charge of this contest within a period of five (5) days. The selected entrant will be contacted at least three (3) times during this period using the email address indicated by the entrant on the registration form;
complete and sign the declaration form to the effect, in particular, that it has complied with all the conditions set out in this by-law, that it accepts the prize as awarded and that it clears the Québec Youth and Academic Foundation Cybermentorat of any liability in connection with the contest. The form will be sent by mail, fax or email by the organizer of this contest and must be returned within 10 working days of receipt. If the winner is a minor, a parent or guardian will have to sign the form on their behalf;
Any selected person who does not respect one of the conditions mentioned above or any condition provided for in the present rules will be disqualified and a new draw will be made until a winner is determined. The participant selected initially will be excluded and will not be able to exercise any recourse against the Foundation Quebec Youth and Academos Cybermentorat or any party concerned by the contest. If no entrant is declared a winner within sixty (60) days of the original draw, the Contest Organizer will have the right to cancel the award.

The organizers of this contest, the Québec Youth Foundation and Academos Cybermentorat, its partners and all other companies related to this contest as well as their employees, agents and representatives assume no responsibility for the acceptance or use of the prize awarded in this contest and assume no responsibility for any events that may result from this contest.

Within ten (10) days of receipt by the Fondation Québec Jeunes and Academos Cybermentorat of the duly completed declaration form, a representative of the latter will contact the person selected to agree a time for the delivery of the prize, at later on October 31, 2014.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE
The winner must accept the prize as described in these rules. The price is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

The refusal to accept the prize releases the Québec Youth Foundation and Academos Cybermentorat, its partners and all other companies related to this contest as well as their employees, agents and representatives of any obligation related to the price offered.

Participants who are under the age of majority are eligible to win the prizes described in these rules, provided that a parent or the legal guardian of the winning entrant accepts the prize on their behalf.

10. ADVERTISING
The winner agrees that his full name, photograph, image, voice, city of residence and prize and contest entries may be used for advertising purposes without any consideration.

11. OTHER
